This Thursday will be a night to remember, as we say goodbye to winter and hello to spring! Spring means change, saying goodbye to the freezing cold, and unfortunately, this week we farewell local lads THE ORANGE CITY SINGS.

The boys have been kicking around the Brisbane scene but have decided to part ways, giving fans one final opportunity to bask in their melodies. This is the last time the guys will be playing live. This LAMBDA is not one to be missed. Helping the boys bow out are THE CHANNELERS…. their mystical ways will no doubt ensure that the night is unforgettable…

LAMBDA has been the birth place of many bands, friends, memories and moments, but this week we say goodbye to The Orange City Sings… Lambda style. All of the usual antics will ensue, as per usual, with our LAMBDA DJs playing your favourite party tunes late into the night to ease your sorrows…

We’re back! It feels like the weekend has only just ended but who the hell remembers how it began? Lambda is here to entertain you again this Thursday night, to prep you up for the weekend and encourage you to skip your Friday morning lectures.

That’s right, we’re on again this Thursday til the wee hours of the morning. The night kicks off with 2 great local acts THE FAZE & BADGERS supporting interstate headliners POLAROID FAME. Make sure you come and check this out because this is a night of the best up-and-coming East Coast acts that you do not want to miss.

But alas, the night does not end there. After bands finish our resident LAMBDA DJs as per usual do their thing (i.e. play the best party/indie/dancefloor anthems) til the early hours, making your feet hurt and voice lost (only to be regained in time for next week).

We’ve also doing something special and launching MIAMI HORROR’S new album ILLUMINATION and have copies to give away as well as t-shirts this week thanks to EMI + some other cool surprises!!

Make sure you come on down at 9pm for a great night with your friends, forget your uni troubles and be part of Brisbane’s best student night.

Club House this week features a variety of bands and DJs. This variety is laced with sexuality, emotion, passion and alcohol.  Comic Sans,in  a tragic twist and spectacular fashion, are breaking up. It’s their last show ever. Allow us to repeat for emphasis.

The medics are also playing, as are Teleprompter and The Shake up.  The Comic Sans show is $10.00 and you can only buy at the door. Alternatively you could sleep with anyone of the members in the band, but that’s just perverse.

Club House has returned! Let’s keep partying to celebrate!

Last week Club House moved into its new home, downstairs at Tempo. You know that feeling when you just move into a new place, and for a few days you walk around feeling as if it’s not your own home, gently treading on the carpet and closing drawers quietly? Well, that’s over now and it’s time to put your feet up on the couch and roll around in your underwear. That’s right, Clubhouse is back, baby!

Yet as something is born, something has to die, and as Club House rears its head in the moonlight, unfortunately it’s time for Sunshine Coast boys THE SCARE to depart us in an orderly, respectable way… or not. Reputed for their crazy live shows over the years, The Scare will be playing Brisbane for the last time ever at Club House on Saturday.

Luckily for us though, we’ve got a great lineup planned for the whole weekend to keep you entertained, with APSCI (USA) headlining on the Thursday night supported by Monster Monster & The Gentlemen, and Papa vs Pretty (SYD) will play an awesome headlining slot alongside Fractions and Vacations. Make sure you stop in to Club House any day of the weekend, because we’ve got an absolutely amazing amount of talent to showcase across the weekend, not to mention our very own Clubhouse DJs who will play the very best party/indie/whatever you want to hear all night long!

It’s that time again!
Yep, another Thursday is rolling in and we’ve got you covered. Why study when you can party? Lambda Lambda Lambda, Brisbane’s best student party is keeping you up all Thursday night (and early Friday morning) with some great local music as well as our regular Lambda DJs this week.

Work on Friday? Lecture? Or how about that group assignment meeting that you arranged for 9am at the library? Well you’d better re-schedule, because Lambda is going to be off the hook this week!

Local folk loveables BANG BANG BOSS KELLY headline the night, and will no doubt be previewing their album that is dropping later this month. They are supported by GUNG HO, who will be sure to provide an entertaining live set, so make sure you come down early to check them out.

Our very own LAMBDA DJs will take the stage in the early hours of the morning to play all of your favourite party tracks for you to dance all night to, with a special mash-up set from B.N.T.K DJs… it will have to be seen to be believed!

We’re also launching PROFESSOR GREEN’s amazing album “Alive Til I’m Dead” this week, and have some copies to give away thanks to EMI!
